You just need to ensure that van has suitable access to your celebration site (we require a _m wide path). Basically, if your car would be able to make it through, then we will too!

Can Bar Hopp provide alcohol?
Yes! Upon your booking enquiry we will email you a comprehensive drinks menu that you can order from and we’ll make sure the bar is fully stocked on our arrival.
Alternatively, you can provide your own drinks for service however just make sure that they’re chilled on our arrival so that the service start time isn’t delayed.
What drinks can be served?
Kegged beer, spirits, wine, champagne, basic cocktails, soft drink, water (chilled on tap).
Do we need to provide a cold room?
The beauty of the bar is that it has it’s own cold room! If you’re ordering through us, your drinks will arrive fully chilled.
Does Bar Hopp need access to an electrical point?
Ideally we would love access to an electrical point to keep the drinks chilled and entertainment pumping, however don’t stress if this is not an option at your site! The van is also equipped with a generator that can be used for a small fee per hour (to cover the fuel cost).
Where can Bar Hopp travel to?
We love to travel! Service areas include Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast, Coolangatta, Sunshine Coast and surrounding suburbs. If you live outside of these areas, please send us an enquiry and we’ll let you know if we can make it!
Are there any travel fees?
Anywhere outside of a 10km radius of the Brisbane CBD will incur a small per km travel fee to cover fuel costs.
What are the dimensions of the van?
Where can we host our event?
Somewhere that is flat and easily accessible. You will need to obtain council approval if the event is being held in a public place (e.g. parklands).
When does the Hopp Bar arrive on site for my event?
Usually an hour before the start of service, however please let us know if you need this to be earlier so we can discuss this with you.
How much is the deposit and when is it due?
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of confirming the booking with you, with the rest due a fortnight before the event.
